Viswaroopam banned..

Today I went to Lakshmi theater Bangalore for watching Viswaroopam and you know after playing the movie for one day now they also stopped the screening. What the hell is this ? Shame on you people..

I read reviews from lot of places and everyone told that this movie is not against any religion , this is against terrorism and the KamalHassan is rightly said..this is social terrorism people are doing against the film..He spent around 95 crores for making a movie like this...

He would have got 50 lacs by DTH release - u people stopped that also - now not allowing to screen this in theaters. What is this..I dont understand the logic..How you can show this much cruelty to a person who is been there for more than 30 years...Sorry to say this is shameless act...

very much disappointed...Come on guys..

Life of Pi..my pick of 2012

One movie that touched my heart last year was Life of Pi....Thanks to Ang Lee and Suraj for this wonderful movie....one thing i liked in this this movie is the protagonist (PI) started to follow three religions - because he just wanted to love God - and his questions to God was so touching - :)

Rajan P Dev passed away

Rajan P Dev.....One of the great actor of malayalam film industry  passed away today morning.
No doubt, a huge loss to malayalam film industry.

I started observing his acting, when i saw "Indrajalam".."Carlos" , the role played by him is still in my mind.Script writer Benny P Nayaramabalam used to give him good roles. In "Thommanum Makkalum" we watched a different Rajan.P.Dev.

In his last film "Ee pattanthil bhootham" he played a negative role.

Now it is this song. :)

Watched Bhramaram

Today i watched Mohanlal's new movie Bhramaram.
It is difficult to get ticket on a releasing day, especially in Trivandrum.
I somehow managed to get a ticket. The film got released in Sreekumar theater.

Again its been Blessy special.Fantastic direction.Simple story. But the way he directed makes this movie special.Hindi comedian Suresh Menon's acting also was superb , well supported by V.G Muralikrishnan (son of Bharath Gopi).Good camera work by Ajayan Vincent especially Nelliambathi shots.Last month (May 1) I visited Nelliyampathy and watched all the locations of Bhramaram. Its been a superb place. Many of us dont know about this place before.

Forgot to mention Mohanlal's performance.Simply Outstanding especially climax sequence.Amazing.....Sure, he will get plenty of awards for this performance
